Before you write

The short brief gets the faster answer

You do not need a finished specification to start. A paragraph on the business, the audience you are trying to reach, and what is not working today is enough for us to sketch a route. If a deadline is driving the decision, put the date in the first message so we can say honestly whether it fits.

For a Singapore web design enquiry, it also helps to say whether the site is new or a rebuild. New builds need brand and content decisions; rebuilds need a plan for keeping search visibility while pages move. Those two jobs differ more than most briefs admit, and naming which one you are facing saves a round of questions.

Include if you can

  • What the business sells, and who usually buys it
  • Any deadline you are already working towards
  • The current site address, if there is one
  • Which channels already bring enquiries today
  • Any platform or system the new work has to connect to

Send the project brief

Fill in what you know. Everything is read by the person who would actually work on the project, not a queue.

We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If your message lands after hours, it is answered the next morning.

Rough is fine. We will ask for detail where it is missing rather than ask you to write it twice.

Where the studio is

Creative Studio LLC is registered in Georgia and works with clients across Singapore and further afield. Most projects run remotely, so distance is rarely the obstacle it looks like — calls, shared documents and staged reviews keep the work moving between time zones.

If you are nearby and would rather meet in person, say so in your message and we will arrange a time inside the working hours above.

How a first reply usually looks

We read the brief, check the current site or campaign if there is one, and answer with what we understand, what is still unclear, and a suggested starting point. No account manager repeats your message back at you.

If the project is not a good fit for how we work, we say that in the first reply too. A quick no is more useful to you than a slow maybe.

Questions before you write

The things people ask most often before they send a brief. Anything missing can go in the form above.

Do I need a finished brief to get in touch?

No. A few sentences about the business and what you want to change is enough for a first reply. We will ask about scope, content and budget once we understand the goal, so you are not writing a specification before anyone has agreed what the work is.

How quickly will someone reply?

Within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on the next working morning. If your enquiry is urgent, call the number above during those hours.

Do you work with businesses outside Singapore?

Yes. The studio is registered in Georgia and most work runs remotely, with clients in Singapore and elsewhere. Time-zone differences are handled with scheduled calls and written updates rather than assuming everyone is awake at the same hour.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Often, yes. We start by reviewing what is there — the platform, the page structure, the search visibility — and tell you honestly whether continuing on the existing setup or rebuilding is the better route. That review is the first thing we would quote for.

What happens to the information I send?

It is used to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. It is not sold or passed to advertisers. The privacy policy sets out what is stored, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be removed.
