Website terms
Terms of Service
These terms explain how the Creative Studio LLC website may be used, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. They are written to be read, not skimmed.
Effective from 28 October 2026. Applies to creativestudioge.digital.
Who we are and what this page covers
Creative Studio LLC is a web design, web development and digital marketing studio. We plan, build and maintain websites, and we run the campaigns that sit alongside them. These terms of service apply to this website only. They do not replace a signed project agreement, a proposal, or a statement of work, and where a written agreement covers the same subject, that agreement takes priority.
You do not need an account to read anything here. By browsing the site, sending us an enquiry, or downloading material we publish, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site and reach out to us directly if you have a question about a project already under way.
Using this website
The rules below cover ordinary visits: reading pages, following links, and contacting us. They are short on purpose.
Permitted use
You may read, share links to, and quote short passages from these pages for personal or internal business reference, as long as you credit Creative Studio LLC and do not present the material as your own.
What is not allowed
Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, scrape it in bulk, copy our layouts or written content into your own commercial offering, or use our name to imply a partnership that does not exist.
Accuracy of what we publish
Pages describing our services are written in good faith and kept current when we can. Timelines, scope and deliverables for any actual engagement are confirmed in writing before work starts, not taken from a web page.
Availability
We aim to keep the site online and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents or updates to third-party components may take pages offline for a period.
Intellectual property on this site
The written copy, page structure, illustrations, code and photography published on this website belong to Creative Studio LLC or are used with permission. You may not republish them as your own marketing, resell them, or feed them into a competing service.
Work we produce for a client is a separate matter. Ownership of a delivered website, its source files and its content transfers according to the project agreement. Until final payment and handover are complete, the studio retains the working files.
Client names, project descriptions and visuals may appear in our portfolio only where the client has agreed to it in writing. If you would prefer your project stay private, tell us at kickoff and we will keep it off the site.
What you may reuse
- Short quotations with a visible credit and a working link back to the page you took them from.
- Sharing our page addresses on social platforms, in newsletters, or with colleagues who need them.
- Republishing whole pages, selling our material, or presenting our work as your own is not permitted.
Enquiries, projects and payments
What happens after you send a message, and what a written agreement adds to these terms.
Sending us an enquiry
Messages sent through our contact page or by email reach the studio inbox. Please send only what we need to understand your project. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or confidential files before we have agreed how they will be handled. An enquiry is a conversation, not a contract, and neither side is committed until scope, schedule and fees are confirmed in writing.
Quotes and scope
A quote lists what is included, what is excluded, how many revision rounds are covered, and when the work is due. Anything not listed is treated as a change request and priced separately before it starts.
Invoices
We invoice against milestones in the agreed schedule. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named on the invoice. Work on the next milestone begins once the previous invoice is settled, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Pausing or ending work
Either side may end an engagement by written notice. Completed milestones are invoiced; work in progress is handed over as far as it has been paid for. We return or delete client files on request once the engagement closes.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, analytics and advertising platforms are supplied by other companies under their own terms. We configure them carefully, but their pricing, policies and outages sit outside our control.
Liability, changes and governing law
The parts that protect both sides when something goes wrong, and how these terms can change over time.
Limits on our liability
This website is provided as it stands. We do not accept responsibility for losses that arise from relying on general site content, from interruptions to access, or from decisions made without a written agreement in place. Where a project agreement exists, the liability position in that agreement applies instead.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to tools, resources or platforms we find useful. Those sites are run by other organisations, and their content, availability and privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination page.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when our process changes or when a new service needs explaining. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, where Creative Studio LLC is registered. If a dispute arises from use of this website, both sides agree to attempt a direct resolution in writing before taking any other step.
Questions about these terms
Short answers to what visitors ask most often about this page.
Do these terms apply to a project I have already booked?
Only where the written project agreement does not already cover the point. That agreement is specific to your engagement, so it takes priority over this general page whenever the two differ.
Can I copy a section of your site for a presentation?
Yes, for internal teaching or review, if you credit Creative Studio LLC and link back. Copying whole pages into your own public site, or into a product you sell, is not covered by that permission.
How do I report an error or a broken page?
Email us the page address and what you saw. We read reports during studio hours and correct genuine errors on the next working pass. There is no need to send screenshots unless the problem is hard to describe.
Where can I read how you handle personal data?
Privacy and cookies are covered separately from these terms. The process page sets out how we work day to day, and the cookie policy explains what is stored in your browser when you visit.
