Cookie Policy

This page explains how cookie files are used on creativestudioge.digital, what they store, and how you can control them. It is a policy document, not a sales page.

What this document covers

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. On this site they keep a page rendering correctly, remember a choice you made, and — only where you allow it — tell us which pages people actually read so we can improve them. This policy lists the kinds of cookies in use, what each kind does, how long it stays on your device, and the ways you can remove or block it.

It also explains how this document relates to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What cookies are

A cookie is a short piece of text a site sends to your browser, which stores it and sends it back on the next request. It is not a program and it cannot read other files on your device. On a web design and digital marketing site, cookies mostly do boring but necessary work: keeping a session stable while you move between pages, remembering that you dismissed a notice, or recording which service page you opened so the same page is not counted twice.

Two details matter for understanding the rest of this document. First, cookies are set either by this site (first-party) or by a service whose script runs on the page (third-party). Second, they expire: a session cookie is deleted when you close the browser, while a persistent cookie carries a stated lifetime. The table below names the categories in use here and gives each one a lifetime you can check in your browser at any time.

How to control cookies

You are in charge of what stays on your device. Every major browser lets you review stored cookies, delete them individually, and block new ones — usually under a settings section named for privacy or site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the browsing experience, such as moving between service pages without losing your session. Blocking analytics cookies simply means your visit is not counted.

If you clear your browser storage, the preferences saved by this site are removed along with everything else, and the notice may appear again on your next visit. That is expected behaviour, not an error.

Practical steps

  • Open your browser settings and search for cookies or site data.
  • Filter the list by this domain to see only what this site stored.
  • Delete a single entry, or clear everything for the site at once.
  • Use a private or incognito window when you want a session to vanish on close.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site uses cookies changes — for example, if a new analytics tool is added — this page is updated and the date at the top of the document is revised. Material changes are noted in plain language rather than buried in a new paragraph. Older versions are not published separately; the current text on this page is the version that applies.

Questions about cookies

If a question below does not cover your situation, write to us and we will answer in plain terms. We can also confirm whether a specific cookie you found in your browser belongs to this site.

Can I use this site without accepting analytics cookies?

Yes. Analytics cookies are only set after you allow them. Declining changes nothing about browsing the site — you simply are not counted in the aggregate reports we use to see which pages people read.

Does this site sell cookie data to advertisers?

No. This site does not run advertising or marketing cookies and does not pass cookie data to advertising networks. The categories listed above are the whole list.

I cleared my browser and the cookie notice appeared again — why?

Clearing site data removes the preference cookie that recorded your earlier choice, so the site has no way of knowing you already answered. Answering once more restores the setting.

Who do I contact if I spot a cookie I do not recognise?

Email us with the cookie name and the page you were on. We will confirm whether it belongs to this site, and if it does not, we will explain what likely set it.
