Case studies and projects from Creative Studio LLC — how we plan, build and measure websites and digital marketing for businesses in Singapore and beyond.

What this page shows

Work we can walk you through

Every project on this page follows the same route: a short brief, a written plan, a build with checkpoints you can review, and a report after launch. The case studies below show the decision-making, not just the finished screens.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses in Singapore, and with teams abroad who need a studio that answers email the same week. Project names and details are published only where the client has agreed, so some of what you see is anonymised by sector rather than by name.

Use this page to judge two things: whether the design quality matches the standard you want, and whether the way we work fits how your team operates. If both look right, the next step is a short conversation, not a proposal.

Three

core services covered by every engagement: web design, web development and digital marketing.

Two

languages of handover we write for: the client’s own team, or ours on a maintenance retainer.

Weekly

written progress notes during a build, so you always know what shipped and what is next.

Post-launch

reporting window, covering traffic sources, enquiry volume and the pages people actually use.

Case studies and website examples

Each case study below lists the brief we were given, what we changed, and how the result was measured. We keep the descriptions close to what happened — including the parts that took longer than planned.

Retail · Singapore

Neighbourhood shop, rebuilt around one enquiry form

The owner was getting calls but no record of them. We rebuilt the site around a single contact path, trimmed the product pages to what they actually stock, and set up a simple weekly report of enquiries by source.

Scope
Design, build, enquiry tracking
Timeline
Seven weeks, two review rounds
Measured by
Enquiry volume and source, month over month

B2B services · Singapore

Consultancy site that stopped losing long enquiries

Their old form asked eleven questions before anyone could get in touch. We cut it to four, moved the qualifying detail into a short call, and rewrote the service pages so a visitor can tell within a paragraph whether the firm fits.

Scope
Content structure, form redesign, analytics
Timeline
Five weeks, one content workshop
Measured by
Completed enquiries against started forms
Empty Singapore consultancy meeting room with cool side light across a conference table
Singapore light industrial workshop floor before the shift, cool overhead light on concrete

Industrial supplier · Singapore

Catalogue site for a parts supplier and their resellers

Two audiences, one site. Buyers needed part numbers fast; resellers needed terms and lead times. We split the navigation by audience, kept the catalogue searchable by category, and added a plain request-a-quote route instead of a checkout.

Scope
Information architecture, build, quote request flow
Timeline
Nine weeks, staged rollout by catalogue section
Measured by
Quote requests per catalogue section

Hospitality · Singapore

Small hotel group, one booking path across three properties

Each property had its own site and its own pricing logic. We consolidated them into one structure with shared templates, so a rate change is made once and the room photography stays consistent between properties.

Scope
Templates, photography direction, booking handoff
Timeline
Eleven weeks, one property live before the others
Measured by
Direct booking share against third-party channels
Quiet Singapore hotel lobby before guests arrive, cool daylight across a polished floor

How we measure

What each project is judged on

We agree the success measure before design starts, in writing. If a number is not trackable with the tools you already have, we say so at that point rather than after launch.

Enquiries, not page views

A site that looks good and produces nothing is a cost. We track how many people got in touch, from where, and which page they were on when they did.

Primary

Task completion on key pages

Whether visitors can find pricing, delivery terms or opening hours without leaving. We review session recordings where the client agrees to it.

Secondary

Maintenance load

How much of your team’s time the site takes each month. We count content edits and support requests, and we flag it if that number is climbing.

Watched

Search visibility over time

Impressions and clicks for the pages we rewrote, compared against the same pages before the change. We read this as a trend across months, never as a single-day result.

A note on the numbers

We publish what we can verify

You will not find percentages, rankings or client names on this page that we cannot point to a source for. Where a client prefers to stay anonymous, the case study is described by sector and city, and the underlying figures stay in the report we sent them.

That keeps the page honest and it keeps your project comparable. When you ask us what a similar build would take, we will describe the shape of the work and the review points, not a promise we cannot stand behind.

Reading a case study

What to look for, and what to ask us

Any agency portfolio can be read quickly once you know which parts matter. These are the four things we would check if we were the ones hiring.

Does the case study state the brief?

If you cannot tell what the client wanted before the work started, the story has been written for effect. Ours starts with the problem.

Is there a decision you can question?

Screens alone show taste. A described trade-off — what we cut and why — shows how we would treat your project.

Could your team maintain it?

Ask how content gets edited after handover. A site your team cannot update without us is a dependency, not a deliverable.

What happened after launch?

The interesting part is usually the first quarter. Ask what was reviewed, what changed, and what was left alone on purpose.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Questions we get asked when people are reading the portfolio and deciding whether to start a conversation.

Can I see a project that matches my industry?

Often, yes. Some clients prefer their project not be published, so we keep a small set of internal references we can walk you through on a call. Tell us your sector and the closest thing you have seen on this page, and we will show you what is comparable.

How long does a project like these usually take?

The projects above ran between five and eleven weeks. A single-page site with existing copy moves faster than a catalogue with hundreds of entries. We give you a written schedule with review points before any design work starts, and we tell you which parts depend on your team’s feedback arriving on time.

Do you only work with businesses in Singapore?

Singapore is our main market, and we also take on projects from teams elsewhere who are comfortable working over email and scheduled calls. Time zones are handled in writing at the start: we agree which hours overlap and where a question should go if it is urgent.

What do you need from me before we start?

Three things: a rough idea of the outcome you want, whatever brand material already exists, and one person on your side who can approve work. If the brand material is thin, we will say so early and suggest what to prepare rather than designing around gaps.

Tell us what you are trying to fix

Send a short note describing the site or campaign you have in mind, and we will reply with what we would look at first. If a project is not a fit for us, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.
